How to Use

Remove the existing Vitamin C refill from your NEMO Shower Head and replace it with your chosen fresh refill. Once installed, simply shower as normal and enjoy your NEMO experience.

Replacement: Approximately every 30–40 days, depending on water usage, pressure and temperature.

Returns

If you need to return your item, it must be unused or lightly tested and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

For faulty or damaged items, we offer a free replacement or refund. Please provide photo proof, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
