Yes — when the filter is connected to a potable water supply that is already considered safe for drinking. The NEMO Kitchen Filter provides additional filtration of sediment and fine impurities; it should not be relied upon to make unsafe or non-potable water safe to drink.

We offer a flat standard shipping fee of $9.95 | $15 express shipping Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders of 2 or more units. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way. We aim to process and send all orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your Nemo shower experience sooner.
Returns
If you need to return your item, it must be unused or lightly tested and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
For faulty or damaged items, we offer a free replacement or refund. Please provide photo proof, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
